Ingredients
  1. 4 Large Eggs
  2. 1/3 Cup Honey
  3. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  4. 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  5. 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  6. 1 tsp Baking Soda
  7. 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  8. 1/2 tsp Salt
  9. 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  10. 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  11. 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  12. 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
  13. 1 Package German Chocolate Frosting
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients, except for the coconut flakes, together in mixing bowl.
  2. Warm up the coconut oil and coconut milk so they are liquid and add them to the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the remainder of the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Add the coconut flakes.
  5. Fill prepared muffin tin with the batter.
  6. Bake at 350° F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Frost with your favorite topping. Mine happens to be the German chocolate cake frosting.
Notes
  1. You can also use chocolate chips instead of coconut flakes.
