Good either with or without gluten, these are delicious. The kids love them

Ingredients
  1. 1.25 Cups Flour
  2. 1 tsp Baking Soda
  3. 1 C Butter, softened
  4. .25 C Sugar
  5. .75 C Brown Sugar
  6. 1 14 oz pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. 3.5 C Raisins or Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and pudding mix
  3. In a large bowl cream sugars and butter
  4. Add eggs to creamed butter and sugar one at a time until well blended
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until well combined
  6. Add raisins/chocolate chips
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes
Notes
  1. You can use craisins if you want. That's how we do it. Add some white chocolate chips to the craisins for another layer of flavor.
