Cauliflower White Bean Mash

Ingredients

Head
Cauliflower

Cans
Cannellini Beans, drained

Small Onion, diced
3
cloves
Garlic, minced
1/2
Cup
Chicken Broth

Tbsp
Ghee
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Steam the Cauliflower for about 5 minutes, until soft
Saute Onion and Garlic in 1 Tbsp Ghee
Blend everything in a blender or food processor. Season well.
